Aradhana starring Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore was produced and directed by Shakti Samanta.The Phenomenon called Rajesh Khanna arrived with this movie.The movie had some of the all tiime hits by Kishore Kumar and the music was composed by S D Burman.The songs like Mere Sapno Ki Rani , Roop Tera Mastana , Kora Kagaza are timeless classics.

The story opens against the backdrop of idyllic hilly terrain with airforce officer Arun (Rajesh Khanna) crooning "Mere sapno ki rani" atop an open jeep, while Vandana (Sharmila Tagore) demurely sneaks glances at him from a mini train. After a brief romance, they have a secret wedding. Soon afterwards, Arun dies in an air crash leaving behind a heartbroken and pregnant Vandana. His family refuses to accept the unwed mother-to-be since her marriage with Arun is never formalised. Vandana is finally forced to let a childless couple adopt her newborn son, Suraj. Padosan


Padosan stars Sunil Dutt, Saira Banu, Kishore Kumar and Mehmood in the lead roles.The movie was written by Rajendra Krishan and directed by Jyoti Swaroop.The music of the film was composed by Rahul Dev Burman and the lyrics were written by Rajendra Krishan.The songs like Mere Saamne Wali Khidki Mein (Kishore Kumar) , Ek Chatur Naar Karke Shringaar (Kishore Kumar, Manna Dey) , Kehna Hai (Kishore Kumar) are classics.

The movie is a lighthearted comedy and tells the story of a simpleton Bhola(Sunil Dutt) and his neighbour Bindu(Saira Banu). Dutt falls for his neighbour and woos her with a little help from his friends (Kishore Kumar, Mukri, Raj Kishore and Keshto Mukherjee). Mehmood as the South Indian musician and rival to Sunil Dutt is among the highlights of the film.

Hamraaz is produced and directed by B. R. Chopra. The film stars Sunil Dutt, Raaj Kumar, Mumtaz, Sarika, Madan Puri, Iftekhar, Balraj Sahni, Jeevan, Helen and Vimi. Jewel Thief


Jewel Thief is a 1967 Indian Hindi film. Produced by Navketan films ( Dev Anand's production house) , the film is directed by Dev's brother Vijay Anand. Music is by S.D. Burman and the lyrics by Majrooh Sultanpuri. The film is a crime thriller, and stars Dev Anand, Vyjayantimala, Ashok Kumar, Tanuja, Anju Mahendru, Sachin and Helen.

Vinay (Dev Anand), an ordinary young man who finds himself constantly mistaken for a look-alike jewel thief named Amar. Vinay works with the police to impersonate Amar and crack his crime ring--but it seems that Amar has decided to impersonate Vinay, as well, and soon their true identities are thoroughly muddled.

Vinay lives with his father, a Police Commissioner, and his mom in Bombay. Vinay's dad is quite upset with him as he has not learnt any skills, and spends all his time examining stones and jewellery. The city is being held to ransom by a daring jewel thief, who continues to baffle them to no end. They do get a pleasant surprise when they find out that he has secured employment with a leading jeweler by the name of Vishamber Nath. Vinay also gets to meet Nath's attractive daughter, Anju (Vyjayantimala), and there is romance budding in the air. This is short lived when several people greet Vinay as "Amar" or "Prince Amar". Things come to a boil when a young woman named Shalini comes forward and claims that Vinay is her fiancée. Vinay is able to prove to them that he is indeed Vinay, and cooperates with them to locate this elusive Amar - only to find himself embroiled in a devious scheme - that robs him of his sanity - makes lose his memory, identity, and makes him a target of every policeman in India, and particularly in Sikkim.S8TGSYS9CTAN
